• We respect your right to privacy at No Asha Da. We only collect the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you, regarding the status of your order.
• The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address and billing address. We do not store your credit card information, but our payment partners may, to make your future purchases easier and faster.
• We make sure this web-page is relevant for your needs. All the information the site collects is for delivering services in the best way possible for No Asha Da happy clients, like: news, events and products you requested or bought. Name and mailings addresses may be shared between participating parties in the cooperative database services, but no credit card information or other sensitive personal information is ever provided to the cooperative.
• No Asha Da uses your email address to let you know about our news, special offers or community events that you are invited to.
• No Asha Da will not sell your name or personal information without your permission.
COOKIES
No Asha Da uses “cookies” to help recognize you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous! We use this info to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of our site. No Asha Da reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time;
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PAYMENTS
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, No Asha Da reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit.
Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include sales tax and shipping charges which will be added where applicable. Products ordered are subject to availability. There is a delay between order placement and the time when the order is accepted. Due to this, there may be inventory changes in the availability of the product. If availability changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Prices are listed in euros, so for the online payments in Romania, the transaction will be done at the BNR exchange rate on the date of the order + 2%.
PRODUCTS
We really have done our best to provide details, descriptions and prices of products on our site that are accurate. If we feel a product has been misrepresented, we reserve the right to refuse orders. All sizes and measurements are approximate and based on EU standards. For this, we have made size charts available on the product pages throughout our website.
REPORT ABUSE
If you learn of any unlawful material or activity on our website, or any material or activity that breaches these terms and conditions, please let us know by email.
DELIVERY POLICY
In this policy we set out details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and this policy shall form part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.
Any Romanian order takes between 3 and 5 days to be delivered (for the items on stock) and between 14 and 21 days (for the items on order). Any international order takes between 1o and 15 days to be delivered in Europe, between 21 and 28 days outside Europe (for the items on stock) and between 21 and 28 days (for the items on order).
All items come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, whose painting the wearable item mirrors and the number of Limited Edition, so as to know how many identical items there are on the same continent.
Geographical limitations:
No Asha Da is able to deliver your order in Romania, but also internationally.
– The transportation of the orders around the world, including Romania, will be supported by the official delivery service provider(s) agreed by No Asha Da.
Delivery problems:
-If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us at office@noashada.com
-If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We are accepting exchanges or refunds 30 days after the items were delivered to our customers, and such requests will be made by e-mail at office@noashada.com
Please note we unable to accept returns/exchanges if:
-Item(s) are in any way defective from the original and sellable condition
-Item(s) have been worn or washed
-Item(s) have been altered
-Item(s) do not have the original tags on them
Also, it should be noted that we cannot refund shipping fees except in cases of shipping errors.
In case we don’t have anymore in stock the item(s) that is / are requested to be offered for the exchange, we will offer refunds if the 30 days limit is respected, and all the other conditions mentioned above for the state of the returned item.
